If you are married, have children, or have substantial assets and you want to ensure they are distributed properly upon your death then it is necessary to have a last will and testament. The firm will make sure that you execute a valid will in accordance with your wishes and submit the will to probate upon your death. We can also work with you to transfer assets outside of the probate process using transfer on death affidavits and beneficiary designations for real estate, automobiles, and bank accounts.
My firm can also assist you in executing your medical advanced directives including a durable power of attorney, a living will, do not resuscitate orders, and organ donation.
